We're currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent & Recruitment Partner to help us find and attract the best talent to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront, collaborating with a team of exceptional experts to find the top talent in our industry so Faktion can keep developing groundbreaking AI innovations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Faktion by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position requires a proactive and creative approach to recruitment, with a strong focus on building a diverse and talented workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a knack for identifying potential, and a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.
Some key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job ads on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Utilize LinkedIn, recruiting software, and other ATS / sourcing tools to proactively headhunt top talent.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Foster strong relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in talent acquisition techniques.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
Job requirements
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive people information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to identify candidates’ potential.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Following experiences are a plus:
- Familiarity with data processing, machine learning is a strong plus
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Having worked in corporate environments in similar positions
- Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits
- Experience implementing and optimizing operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a fast paced international organization.
- International experience, focused on Europe (predominantly BE, NL or FR)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Effective negotiation and selling skills to pitch Faktion as an employer of choice.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
