We're currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent & Recruitment Partner to help us find and attract the best talent to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront, collaborating with a team of exceptional experts to find the top talent in our industry so Faktion can keep developing groundbreaking AI innovations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Faktion by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position requires a proactive and creative approach to recruitment, with a strong focus on building a diverse and talented workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a knack for identifying potential, and a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.


Some key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job ads on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, recruiting software, and other ATS / sourcing tools to proactively headhunt top talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in talent acquisition techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company

Job requirements

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive people information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Strong interviewing skills and ability to identify candidates’ potential.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Following experiences are a plus:

  • Familiarity with data processing, machine learning is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Having worked in corporate environments in similar positions
  • Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits
  • Experience implementing and optimizing operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a fast paced international organization.
  • International experience, focused on Europe (predominantly BE, NL or FR)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective negotiation and selling skills to pitch Faktion as an employer of choice.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
