We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead who can help us scale that system.

This is a hands-on, strategic role across recruitment, onboarding, talent growth, culture, knowledge sharing and employer branding.

Your mission

As Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead, your mission is to help Faktion attract the right people, onboard them well, help them grow, and strengthen the culture that makes Faktion perform. You will work closely with leadership, delivery, engineering, advisory and marketing to turn our growth ambitions into a strong talent and culture approach.

1. Talent acquisition

You build and manage the recruitment engine for AI, software, delivery, advisory and commercial roles.

  • Source, screen and engage strong candidates

  • Build structured pipelines for key roles

  • Define role scorecards with hiring managers

  • Improve interviews, case challenges and selection quality

  • Create a strong candidate experience from first contact to offer

  • Build relationships with universities, communities, recruiters and ecosystem partners

  • Track recruitment quality, conversion, time-to-hire and offer acceptance

2. Onboarding and talent growth

You help new colleagues become productive, connected and confident quickly.

  • Create onboarding journeys for new colleagues

  • Coordinate the first week, first month and first 90 days

  • Help define role expectations, seniority levels and growth paths

  • Support feedback, coaching and development rhythms

  • Identify skill gaps and translate them into hiring or learning priorities

3. Culture as a high-performance operating system

You help make Faktion culture visible in how we work every day. Our culture is built on ownership, autonomy, trust, feedback, drive, client impact, team pride and high-quality execution.

  • Strengthen our Antwerp office culture

  • Organise team activities, rituals and internal moments that build connection

  • Help colleagues understand and contribute to Faktion strategic initiatives

  • Support a culture of ownership, feedback, quality, collaboration and accountability

  • Keep the energy high across the team as we grow

4. Innovation, knowledge sharing and staying ahead of the curve

In AI, standing still is falling behind. You help create the rhythm that keeps Faktion learning.

  • Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

  • Support research, learning and outside-in inspiration

  • Help teams share insights from projects, clients, tools and AI developments

  • Connect internal learning to strategic company priorities

  • Make innovation and knowledge sharing part of the company rhythm, not a side activity

5. Employer branding and inside-out storytelling

You help show the outside world what Faktion is about.

  • Translate our culture, technical depth and ambition into strong employer branding

  • Work with marketing on careers content, team stories and talent communication

  • Help make our people, projects and way of working more visible externally

  • Support referrals, employee advocacy and community presence

  • Make sure our outside story matches the inside reality

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, HR or talent management

  • Experience recruiting technical, digital, consulting, AI, data or software profiles

  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with onboarding, employer branding, talent development or culture initiatives

  • Hands-on execution power, not just process thinking

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

  • French is a plus

  • Based in, or willing to work regularly from, our Antwerp office

  • Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, consulting and high-growth environments
