Some key responsibilities:
- Developing new business by proactively identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants; either through cold-calling, monitoring of industry bulletin boards, job boards and social media.
- Managing client relationships by keeping close tabs on what's happening in the industry and where new opportunities arise for presenting our AI consultants
- Identifying talent by using creative means to get in front of our target candidate pool including but not limited to; talent mapping, social media, job boards & career sites, networking events, referrals, extensive direct sourcing and many coffee meetings.
- Support your recruitment peers in pre-screening and assessing new candidates on the phone during busy times.
- Advising clients and candidates where you’ll consult with and educate our AI consultants and candidates on open positions, their interviewing abilities, general interview best practice and specific tips and techniques, in addition you’ll provide interview briefings pre-and post interview.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or consulting industry, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to identify candidates’ potential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Following experiences are a plus:
- A passion for and understanding of business development and recruitment.
- Incredible people and networking skills, with the ability to ask the tough questions, challenge the answers you are given, and skillfully deal with objections.
- The ability and confidence to identify and pursue top talent. You need to be able to spot a superstar from a mile away.
- 5+ years combined experience in business development, relationship management and recruitment. Ideally, you’ll have significant experience running a 360° desk
- Familiarity with data processing, machine learning is a strong plus
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Having worked in corporate environments in similar positions
- Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits
- International experience, focused on Europe (predominantly BE, NL or FR)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
